Senator Carmichael moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill No. 272 -- A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto two new sections, designated §5-3-6 and §60-3-24a, relating to Attorney General’s investigators; allowing them to carry concealed weapons under certain circumstances; and limiting liability for certain acts of investigators; relating to employees of the Enforcement Division of the West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Administration; and allowing them to carry concealed weapons under certain circumstances.
